The new bug allows hackers to access WhatsApp chats of users which puts their privacy at great risk. It may be noted that “UIDAI is planning to open 114 such centres in 53 cities across the country for providing hassle-free Aadhaar enrolment and update services to the people with prior appointment. Indian Railway passengers to get 25 per cent discount on these premium trains Indian Railway passengers will now pay less on fares in premium trains, including Shatabdi, Tejas, Gatimaan, Double Decker and Intercity trains as the national transporter decided to give a discount of 25 per cent on fares if seats in these trains remain empty. The decision to this effect has been taken after noticing that less than 50 per cent seats were occupied on the separate routes in the last few months. Keeping this in mind, Railways has empowered the Principal Chief Commercial Manager of all the zones to extend 25 per cent discount on the fares, according to an official statement. Only trains with monthly occupancy of less than 50% in the previous year are eligible for discount. The statement said that "Discount to be offered can be upto 25% of the base fare. These provisions require no further amendments in the Central Motor Vehicles Rules 1989.  It may be noted that two years after its introduction in the Parliament, the Rajya Sabha passed the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2019 earlier this year to amend the 30-year old motor vehicle law in order to improve road safety, raise penalties for traffic violations, curb Regional Transport Office (RTO) corruption and more.  The bill focused on increasing penalty for traffic violations by five to ten times, depending upon the nature of the offence.
