SBI New Rule: State Bank of India has changed the service charge for withdrawing money from its ATMs and bank branches. According to the information given on the official website of SBI, the new charges will be applicable on chequebook, transfer and other non-financial transactions.
New Delhi: SBI ATM New Rule: If you are also a State Bank of India customer, then pay attention. This news is of your use. Actually, SBI Bank has made changes in many of its important rules. According to information received from State Bank, these new rules will be applicable from July 1, 2021, after which using cash withdrawal and check book from ATM can prove to be costly.
CHANGE IN SERVICE CHARGE
From July 1, 2021, many rules of the country's largest bank SBI are going to change. State Bank of India has made some changes in the rules of its ATM and bank service. Under this, now the service charge for withdrawing money from ATM and bank branch has been changed. This information was given on the official website of SBI. In this, new charges will be applicable on chequebook, transfer and other non-financial transactions. According to the bank, all new service charges will be applicable to SBI Basic Savings Bank Deposit (BSBD) account holders from July 1, 2021.
WITHDRAWING CASH FROM ATM IS ALSO EXPENSIVE
SBI's BSBD customer has been given the facility to withdraw free cash four times. But after the free limit is over, the bank charges the customers. After July 1, the bank charges Rs 15 plus GST on cash withdrawals from ATMs. Due to the Corona crisis, State Bank of India has increased the cash withdrawal limit, giving relief to its account holders. Customers will be able to withdraw up to Rs 25,000 from their savings account through the withdrawal form by going to another branch and up to Rs 1 lakh can also be withdrawn by going to another branch by check.
THESE CHANGES WERE MADE IN THE SERVICE CHARGE OF STATE BANK
1. SBI BSBD account holders get 10 copies of checks in a financial year. Now the charges for a check book containing 10 checks will have to be paid. For 10 check leaves, the bank will have to pay Rs 40 plus GST.
2. For 10 leaves on emergency check book, Rs 50 and GST will have to be paid.
3. Bank will have to pay Rs 75 plus GST charge for 25 check leave.
4. Senior citizens will be exempted from new service charges on check books.
5. There will be no charge for withdrawal of money by bank BSBD account holders at home and from their own or other bank branch.

It is just looting , better 1st provide the service at your branches, the SBI employees act like they are good enough to wait the customer while they have the tea at the working hours.
