  New Delhi, ANI.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing depositors under the scheme 'Depositors First: Guaranteed Time-Bound Deposit Insurance Payment Up to 5 Lakh' on Sunday.  He said that our government has tried to solve another problem by amending the law.  Earlier where there was no time limit for refund, now our government has made it mandatory within 90 days i.e. 3 months.  Even in case of bank collapse, depositors will get their money back within 90 days. The Prime Minister said that if any bank comes into trouble today, the depositors will definitely get up to Rs 5 lakh.  With this, the accounts of about 98% people have been completely covered.
