PM Awas: buy cheap house till 31st March, central government is giving 2.67 lakh discount, know how to get benefit

New Delhi:  If you are also planning to buy a cheap house, then you now have only 3 days left. The facility of PM Awas Scheme is being provided by the central government, in which you get a discount of Rs 2.67 lakh for buying a house. You can take advantage of this scheme till 31 March 2021. According to the conditions, if you are buying a house for the first time only then the benefit of this subsidy will be given.

Up to 2.50 Lakhs benefit:
Under this scheme, first time home buyers are given CLSS or credit linked subsidy. That is, the interest subsidy is provided on the home loan to buy the house. The central government extended the credit linked subsidy scheme under the PM Awas Yojana till 31 March 2021. This will benefit more than 2.50 lakh middle class families. This is a sponsored scheme by the Central Government, which was launched on 25 June 2015.

>> EWS section 6.5 percent subsidy
to annual income up to 3 lakhs >> LIG 6.5 percent subsidy to 3 lakh to 6 lakh annual income
>> MIG1 4 percent credit link subsidy to 6 lakh to 12 lakh annual income
>> 12 Those with an income of lakh to 18 lakh per annum get the benefit of subsidy in MIG2 section, credit link subsidy of 3 percent.

How to apply for
the scheme >> To avail this scheme, first of all log on to the official website of PMAY https://pmaymis.gov.in/.
>> If you fall under LIG, MIG or EWS category, then click on the other 3 components.
>> Insert the Aadhaar number in the first column here. Enter your name written in Aadhaar in the second column.
>> After this on the page that opens, you will have to give complete personal details like name, address, family members.
>> Along with this, click on a box below, on which it will be written that you certify the correctness of this information.
>> After filling all the information and submitting, you will have to enter captcha code.
>> After this you submit this form.
>> The piece of the application form is 100 rupees. Right there

Who will get the benefit-
The benefit of this scheme will be given only to those who do not have a pucca house. Apart from this, you do not take advantage of any government housing scheme. Aadhaar is required to apply under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The government takes the Census 2011 Census data to identify people under the PMAY.
