    with such large number of vehicles , and small roads. accidents are going to happen. it is everyone's duty to help if any accident occurs. a small in-timely help can save someone's life.

    It must be added that this Good Samaritan act can be done without any police liability or harassment at all. You reach the victim whom the hospital is law-bound to treat at once & you can go back home without any hassle.
