No need to go to RTO for driving license, RC, now these 18 facilities will be available online from home



Driving License Online: Now you will not need to go to RTO to get a driving license. Online services can be availed through Aadhaar verification. With this step of the government, people will get relief from the crowd on RTO.

New Delhi: Driving License Online:  Now you will not need to go to RTO to get a driving license. 18 services related to RTO have now become online, a new notification has been issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, stating that the RTO will be given Many important services have been digitized. 

'FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT HASSLE'

The notification issued by the Ministry of Roads, Transport and Highways states that 'To provide convenient and hassle-free services to the citizens, the Ministry is aware of the requirements of Aadhaar for citizens to avail contactless services through the implementing agencies. We will make all necessary arrangements for wide publicity through media and personal notices, to tell in 

DRIVING LICENSE FROM AADHAAR, RC HAS TO BE LINKED

Let us tell you that the government has asked to link the driving license and registration certificate (RC) of the car to Aadhaar (Aadhaar). After this, online services can now be availed through Aadhaar verification. With this step of the government, people will get relief from the crowd on RTO. People will be able to get many services sitting at home with Aadhaar-linked verification. 

THESE 18 SERVICES WENT ONLINE

18 facilities have been made online through Aadhaar Linked Verification. These include learning driving license, renewal of driving license (which does not require driving test), duplicate driving license, change of address in driving license and RC of vehicles, international driving permit, surrender of vehicle category from license, temporary vehicle registration , Includes application services for the registration of motor vehicles with fully built bodies. 

THESE ESSENTIAL FACILITIES WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE FROM HOME 

Other services include application for issue of duplicate certificate of registration, application for grant of NOC for certificate of registration, notice of transfer of ownership of motor vehicle, application for transfer of ownership of motor vehicle, registration certificate in Notice of change of address, application for registration for driver training from a recognized driver training center, application for registration of diplomatic officer's motor vehicle, application for assignment of new registration mark of diplomatic officer's motor vehicle, hire-purchase agreement Contract or hire-purchase termination agreement.

NOT JUST A LOT OF DOCUMENTS BUT AADHAAR IS ENOUGH

Now there will be no need to provide any other documents for driving license and registration of the vehicle. You just have to verify your Aadhaar card by going to parivahan.gov.in, and you will be able to take advantage of all these 18 facilities
