Whereas, HDFC Bank, Yes Bank is allowing customers inside with precautions but SBI is doing acting like jailor be outside and wait for hours to received cash. Working hours is 4 hours a day whereas getting salary benefits perks full. Hardly 20 days on average working and enjoying closed holidays of 12 days it is stated whereas poor peoples are suffering.
LPG and similar consumable price be hold during pandemic even grocery edible oils vegetables fruits prices have rise substantially due to business of administration to take care of Covid-19
DURING COVID PANDEMIC SITUATION, WORK LOAD OF BANK STAFF IS VERY MUCH
ReplyDeleteREDUCED. WORKING TIME IS ALSO VERY MUCH REDUCED. NUMBER OF HOLIDAYS IS
VERY HIGH. THEY ARE ENJOYING 100% BENEFIT. THEIR SALARY SHOULD BE CUT BY
25% WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. IT SHOULD BE PAID ONLY WHEN THE SITUATION
IMPROVED OR SHOULD BE PAID WHEN THEY RETIRE.
THE SERVICE OF THE BANK STAFF SHOULD BE IMPROVED.
IN MY CASE, INDIAN BANK, VELACHERY TARAMANI LINK ROAD, DID NOT SOLVE MY ISSUE
OF TWO WRONG DEBITS, EVEN AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS. THEY DID NOT CARE TO ANSWER
ATLEAST. WHEN THE BANK STAFF ARE FIGHTING FOR INCREASE IN THEIR SALARIES AND
OTHER BENEFITS, IF THEY FAIL TO ATTEND THE ISSUES OF THE CUSTOMERS WITHIN
CERTAIN PERIOD, A PORTION OF THEIR SALARY SHOULD BE CUT.
GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TO PUNISH THE BANK STAFF WHO ARE
NOT DOING SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.
Closing of RBL Bank is a helanirious task. They don't accept your request for closure of credit card. The executive calls and offers that you need not pay the annual fee and ask us to reconsider our decision. They send a email of another card stating that your card is cancelled. When we sent a message they raise a another request. The nodal officer doesn't respond . worst bank service . I request all not to apply for RBL credit card. Their interest rate is too much.
