Facebook New Name: Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced at the company's Connect event on Thursday that the company's new name will be Meta from now on. He said, “We are a company that makes technology to connect people.” According to reports, social media giant Facebook said that it will spend more than $10 billion to enhance its vision for 'Metaverse'.

Zuckerberg said on Thursday he would rebrand Facebook as Meta. There was talk of changing the name of Facebook for a long time. Now the same process has been completed and the new name of Facebook has been changed to 'Meta'. It is said that Mark Zuckerberg wants to give it a completely different identity, one where Facebook is not seen as just a social media platform. Now moving in the same direction, the name of Facebook has been changed to Meta.

Let us tell you that Facebook's daily active users have reached 1.93 billion, which is 6 percent or 110 million more than the previous year, while the active users for the months have increased by 170 million or 6 percent compared to the previous year. Facebook is currently employing 68,177 people which is an increase of 20 percent year-on-year.
