Step 4: Now you will reach another page. Here you have to give all the details. Remember, giving wrong information can also lead to rejection of your application.

Step 5: After filling all the information, you have to enter the captcha and select Save.

Step 6: After this you have to upload the documents related to the scheme and submit the form.

These documents are necessary

  • As identity proof you can upload PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License Card
  • If you are a minority, upload your Caste Certificate
  • You can provide your passport for proof of nationality.
  • Give a copy of your salary slip for income proof.
  • Give a copy of your passbook or cancelled cheque for bank details.
