There’s good news for those planning to buy a home in Delhi. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the deadline for its Premium Housing Scheme 2026. Interested individuals can now register until February 20, 2026. The scheme launched on January 6, 2026. The timeline has been extended due to public demand and increased participation.
How many flats will be available and where?
A total of 582 flats are available under the DDA scheme. Garages for car and scooter parking are also provided. DDA flats are categorized into HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta, and EWS flats. These flats are located in major areas of Delhi, including Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dwarka, Karol Bagh, Dilshad Garden, Ghazipur, and Lok Nayakpuram.
How to register?
The last date for online registration and submission of the EMD (earnest money deposit) is February 20th, 6 p.m. The final application submission date is February 23rd, 2026. According to the DDA, the e-auction schedule will be announced on February 26th. The online auction is expected to take place between March 2nd and 5th. Interested home buyers should apply by tomorrow.
