PNB MEGA E-AUCTION

Punjab National Bank tweeted and informed that they are going to organize a mega e-auction on 12th August. In this sale, you will get a chance to bid for homes with less range according to your budget.

HOW TO REGISTER

If you also want to participate in this mega e-auction (PNB's Mega e-Auction), then you have to visit the eBkray portal https://ibapi.in. You can register by going to the 'Bidders Registration' section of the eBkray portal. For this, you can register through mobile number and email id. One mobile number and email id can be used for one registration. During this process, you will have to upload the necessary KYC documents.

BANK OF BARODA MEGA E-AUCTION

Like PNB, Bank of Baroda is also going to do mega e-auction on 18 August 2021. Bank of Baroda has already conducted a similar mega e-auction on 28th July. 

Bank of Baroda tweeted and informed that this mega e-auction is being done under SARFAESI Act. In this house, flat, office space, industrial property, land, plot will be kept. The properties which are going to be e-auctioned are mortgage property (mortgaged property) of those people who are unable to repay the loan of the bank. The bank recovers the dues by auctioning these properties. Bank of Baroda said that the successful bidder in the mega e-auction will get clear title and easy loan along with instant possession. 

HOW TO REGISTER

Bank of Baroda said in a tweet that the interested bidder for the mega e-auction will have to register on the eBkray portal https://ibapi.in/. The eBkray portal can be registered by going to the 'Bidders Registration' section. For this, you can register through mobile number and email id. One mobile number and email id can be used for one registration. During this process, you will have to upload the necessary KYC documents. From the eBkray portal, the bidder can get information about EMD (Earnest Money Deposit).
