New Delhi.  If you have any important work related to the bank in the coming days, then this news can be useful for you. In the coming 10 days in this month, banks will be closed for 6 days. However, online banking services and ATM services will remain operational during this period. Let us tell you that RBI issues a list of bank holidays for different zones in different states due to local festivals there. As per the list of Reserve Bank of India (RBI), 15 holidays were allotted for the month of August 2021. This includes two Sundays and a fourth Saturday.

Weekend is on 22nd, 28th and 29th August
If we talk about the upcoming holidays, then 28th August is the fourth Saturday of the month, due to which the banks will be closed. Apart from this, due to Sunday on August 29, there will be a holiday in banks across the country.

2.)   23rd August 2021 – Sree Narayana Guru Jayanti (Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi)
3.)   28th August 2021 – 4th Saturday
4.)   29th August 2021 – Sunday
5.)   30 August 2021 – Janmashtami / Krishna Jayanti (Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Lucknow, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar and Gangtok)
6.)   31 August 2021 – Shri Krishna Ashtami (Hyderabad)
