Indian Railways: Railway passengers will get water bottle for Rs 3, full meal for Rs 20, check list

IRCTC Food Facility: Now IRCTC has brought food for you in just Rs 20. Along with this, you will also get water for Rs 3. Economy meal has been started by Railways.

Indian Railways: Many special facilities have been started from time to time for the passengers by the Railways. Now IRCTC has brought food for you in just Rs 20. Along with this, you will also get water for Rs 3. Economy meal has been started by the Railways, so that everyone can get food. Cheap food stalls have been set up on the railway platform.

In this, you will get many types of options including Puri-Sabzi, Masala Dosa, Chole-Bhatura, Khichdi. Indian Railways has started this facility in collaboration with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (Indian Railways CTC).

Let us tell you that at present Railways has set up 150 stalls at more than 100 railway stations. These stalls are being set up on the platform in front of the general coach, so that those traveling in general class can get cheap food and snacks. Passengers will have two options to eat at this stall. In this, in the first option you will get food for Rs 20 and in the second option you will get food for Rs 50.

Puri-sabzi will be available for Rs 20

The prices of food have been fixed by the Railways. Let us tell you that for 20 rupees you will get puri, vegetables and pickle. In this you will get 150 grams of vegetables along with 7 puris.

What will you get for Rs 50?

Apart from this, another option of food is available, in which you will have to spend Rs 50. For Rs 50, you can get any one item from Rajma-Rice, Khichdi-Pongal, Chole-Kulche, Chole-Bhatura and Masala Dosa. You will have to spend Rs 50 to eat one of these things.

You will get water for Rs 3

Apart from this, water has also become quite cheap. You will have to spend only Rs 3 for water. You will get 200 mm packaged sealed water glasses for Rs 3.

Earlier testing was done at 51 stations

Railways had tested it at about 51 stations last year, which was quite successful. Later, Railways took forward the idea of economy food on this basis. After the success of the last 51 stalls, Railways has started 100 more stalls. Now there are a total of 151 stalls where you will get cheap food.

Its very Good Idea but complaint if any to be lodged with TTE or Online in the Trains also.what about The foods/Catering already provided in the Trains without reasonable prices/Bills freely,no any action is taken.Tea at Rs.20 ( like hot water ) Very poor situation in AC bogies,why passengers will pay High fare for too much Crowd in Bogies????
