DMRC Multiple Journey QR Ticket: Delhi Metro has launched a new feature for passengers, in which you can make multiple journeys with just one QR code.

DMRC Multiple Journey QR Ticket: There is good news for lakhs of people traveling by Delhi Metro. To make the journey easier by Delhi Metro, DMRC has launched a new feature on Thursday, in which passengers will get relief from buying QR tickets every day and you will be able to make multiple journeys with just one QR ticket. DMRC has named this feature Multiple Journey QR Ticket (MJQRT).

How can you use this feature

Delhi Metro said that MJQRT is the first digital innovation of its kind, in which QR based multiple journey is being introduced for the first time in India. Currently, customers can use it only on DMRC’s app Delhi Sarathi (Momentum 2.0). Which can be used from September 13, 2024.

20% discount will be available on travel

DMRC said that passengers in MJQRT will also get a discount of 10% during peak hours (8 am – 12 noon and 5 pm – 9 pm) and 20% during off-peak hours.

No security deposit will be charged

DMRC said that passengers can see their journey, fare, and recharge information on the Direct App. First of all, users have to register on Delhi Sarathi (Momentum 2.0), after which you can use this service. In this, you have to first recharge Rs 150, which can be used for further travel. DMRC will not take any security deposit from you for this.

What is the recharge process?

DMRC said that customers can easily recharge through digital payment systems like UPI, credit card and debit card. In this, you can recharge up to a maximum of Rs 3000 at multiples of Rs 50.
