Special Vande Bharat train will run on this route, know the route and timing
In view of Diwali and the Chhath festival, the Railways has announced the operation of a special Vande Bharat train between New Delhi and Patna from October 12 to November 17. This train will also have several stops along the way for passenger convenience.
With Navratri and Dussehra over, preparations for Diwali and Chhath have begun across the country. In this situation, the biggest challenge facing passengers traveling to Bihar and Purvanchal is obtaining train tickets. Regular trains are full, and even Tatkal tickets are difficult to obtain. Meanwhile, the Indian Railways has announced a special Vande Bharat Express for passenger convenience.
During Diwali and Chhath, special Vande Bharat trains will run between New Delhi-Patna-New Delhi. The train will make several important stops along the way. This special Vande Bharat train will have 20 coaches. It will depart from New Delhi on October 12th and run until November 16th, while the same train will depart from Patna Junction on October 11th and run until November 17th. The New Delhi-Patna Special Vande Bharat Express (02254) will cover the 994-kilometer journey in 12 hours and 55 minutes and reach Patna Junction.
The special train will run three days a week.
It will depart from New Delhi at 8:35 am and arrive in Patna at 9:30 pm. This train will run from New Delhi three days a week, on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The Patna-New Delhi Special Vande Bharat Train (02253) will depart from Patna Junction at 10:00 am and arrive at New Delhi Station at 11:30 pm. Passengers can reach New Delhi from Patna in 13 hours and 30 minutes by train. This train will operate three days a week, on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays. Together, the two trains will make a total of 33 trips.
Where will the stops be?
For the convenience of passengers, the Railways has scheduled several stops along the special Vande Bharat train. The train will depart from New Delhi and will stop at Aligarh, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Buxar, and Ara, ensuring that residents in these areas can also benefit from the special train. It is expected that now passengers travelling from Delhi to Bihar and coming from Bihar to Delhi will be able to get seats in the train and a comfortable journey.
