The hearing of the case related to the Royal Garden Society, a project in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), adjacent to Delhi, was going on in the court. In this case builder Padmini Infrastructure had promised water softening plant, health club, swimming pool, and fire fighting system to the society 18 years ago and handed over the project without fulfilling these promises.

There was a long dispute in the court regarding this matter, in which after 18 years, the Supreme Court has finally given justice and ordered the builder company to pay Rs 60 lakh to the RWA.
