PM Awas Yojana: Government has made new rules regarding PM housing, know otherwise you will not get home

 


New Delhi: PM Awas Yojana: There is big news for the beneficiary of PM Awas Yojana  . The government has made a big change in the rules of PM Awas Yojana. In such a situation, if you do not know these new rules then your allotment may get cancelled. If you have also been allotted the Prime Minister's house, then you should know that it will be mandatory to stay in it for five years or else your allotment will be cancelled. Let us tell you that the houses whose registered agreement to lease is being given now or the people who will get this agreement done in future is not a registry. 

CHANGES IN RULES UNDER PM AWAS 

Actually, the government will see for five years whether you have used these houses or not. This agreement will be converted into a lease deed if you are residing in it. Otherwise the development authority will also terminate the agreement made with you. After this the amount deposited by you will also not be refunded. That is, overall now the rigging going on in it will stop. 

THERE ARE MANY AGREEMENTS TO BE DONE 

Kanpur is the first such development authority where people are being given the rights to live in the house under the registered agreement to lease. In the first phase, an agreement has been made with 60 people in the camp organized on the initiative of KDA Vice President Arvind Singh. At the same time, he told that agreements are yet to be made on this basis with more than 10900 allottees.

FLATS WILL NOT BE FREE HOLD

Apart from this, let us tell you that according to the terms and conditions, the flats built under the Urban Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana will never be free hold. Even after five years people will have to stay on lease. It will be beneficial that people who used to rent a house under PM Awas Yojana will almost stop now.

WHAT ARE THE RULES?

Along with this, if an allottee dies, then according to the rules, the lease will be transferred to the family member only. KDA will not enter into any agreement with any other family. Under this agreement, the allottees will have to use the houses for 5 years. After this the lease of the houses will be restored.

    I have purchased new house in the year 2017 july., by housing loan from pnb i applied for pmay in the year 2017 november., I got some of duction in princeple amount in the year 2018 march. so now can I apply for PM Awas Yojana to grant some fund to develop my house. at talangana

    I bought a 2BHK-880 soft flat by lone from LIC HOUSE LONE in November 2018, upto this Feb 2022 lone paid in monthly EMI Rs.19646/- ,but I didn't get any help from PM Awas Yojana. I am service holder under a civil Construction company, IN COVID SITUATION I had no job with salary but now I am very defrasting for pay total lone, if get the help from PM Awas Yojana then I and my family will be great full INDIA GOVERNMENT.
