First of all, talking about banks, there is going to be a holiday in banks in many states from June 15 to June 18. In such a situation, if you have to complete any important work related to banks, then get it done as soon as possible. Otherwise you may have to face trouble later.

Banks will remain closed from 15 to 18 June due to this reason

Banks are an important financial institution. In such a situation, due to continuous holidays in banks, many important works of people get stuck. In such a situation, if you want to deal with any important work related to the bank, then check the bank holiday list according to the states by the Reserve Bank. According to the Reserve Bank of India, banks will remain closed in Aizawl and Bhubaneswar on June 15 due to YMA Day and Raja Sankranti. At the same time, banks will be closed across the country on June 16 due to Sunday. On June 17, 2024, banks will remain closed in Agartala, Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Nagpur, Panaji, Raipur, Patna, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar and Trivandrum due to Bakrid. On June 18, banks will remain closed in Jammu and Srinagar due to Bakrid.

How to settle work when banks are closed

Even if there is a holiday for several consecutive days in banks, facilities like net banking, mobile banking will remain operational. You can use net banking, mobile banking or UPI to transfer money from one account to another. Apart from this, 24/7 ATM facility will remain operational. With this, you will not have to face problems in cash withdrawal as well.

Stock market will also remain closed for three consecutive days

Apart from banks, the stock market is also going to remain closed for three consecutive days. There will be a holiday on 15 and 16 June 2024 due to Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, there will be no trading in NSE and BSE due to Bakrid. There will be no trading in equity sector, derivative segment and SLB segment on this day.
