The shares of major electrical switches producer Kaycee Industries Limited are going to trade ex-dividend soon, declaring final and special dividend.
Earlier, the board of directors of Kaycee Industries has recommended a final dividend of Rs 60 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 40 per equity share.

" The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a normal final dividend of Rs. 60/- (60%) per equity share of Rs.100/- each for the Financial year ended March 31, 2024 and additionally a special dividend of Rs. 40/- (40%) per equity shares of the Rs. 100/- resulting in total Dividend Rs. 100/- per share. This translates to a dividend of Rs. 2/-per Share post subdivision of shares and bonus issues of shares if the contemplated stock split and bonus issues get effected before the record date fixed for the Dividend. Total outflow (final & additional) for dividend shall be a sum of Rs. 63.47 Lakhs (as against Rs. 38.08 Lakhs in the previous year) This is subject to approval by shareholders of the Company at the ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company, "the company said in an exchange filing.
