This new feature, which is integrated with payment gateways, allows Indian Railways customers to pay for train tickets on IRCTC by using their voice or by typing their UPI ID or mobile number on a call. All this work will be done through AskDISHA, the AI virtual assistant for Indian Railways. Customers will not only be able to book tickets but also make payments by speaking.
