Let us tell you that recently the Madhya Pradesh government announced to give LPG cylinders for Rs 450 under the Ladli Bahana Yojana. State Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had said that 40 lakh women having gas connections under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) and non-PMUY will be given domestic gas cylinders at the rate of Rs 450.
Let us tell you that in view of Rakshabandhan, the beneficiaries of Ladli Behna Yojana will be given Rs 250 separately by the government in addition to the regular assistance of Rs 1,250.
The central government had given a gift
Last year, on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, the Narendra Modi government at the Center, in its second term, provided a big gift to all LPG consumers (33 crore connections).
Under this, the price of LPG cylinders was reduced by Rs 200 per cylinder. After which the price of a cylinder in the capital, Delhi, came down from Rs 1103 per cylinder to Rs 903 per cylinder.

After this, the Modi government made women happy by reducing the price of a cylinder by Rs 100 on the occasion of Women’s Day. The price of an LPG cylinder has now come down to Rs 803 in Delhi.
At the same time, the beneficiaries of the Ujjwala Yojana are getting a subsidy of Rs 300. In such a situation, the beneficiaries of the scheme can now buy cylinders for Rs 503.
