Shares of Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd are approaching ex-date following the announcement of an interim dividend for FY24. Earlier, the board of directors of Nuvama Wealth Management recommended an interim dividend of Rs 81.50/- per equity share.
Furthermore, this is the company's first ever dividend after it got listed.

"... the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, inter-alia: declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 81.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2024-25,” the company said in an exchange filing.

The company has fixed Wednesday, August 7, 2024, as the record date for the interim dividend.
"...the Board has fixed Wednesday, August 7, 2024, as the record date. The said Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched on or before August 24, 2024, subject to applicable taxes,” Nuvama Wealth said in an exchange filing.
The record date, also known as the cut-off date, is the day a firm finalizes the list of shareholders eligible for the upcoming dividend payout.
