The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA)’s Mumbai board has launched a lottery for over 2,030 flats in prime locations like Malad, Powai, Vikhroli, Goregaon, and Wadala in September. The flats are categorized into Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and High Income Group (HIG) categories, with prices ranging from Rs 29 lakh to Rs 7.58 crore.
