New Debit Card: Public sector Punjab National Bank on Monday introduced a special debit card, PNB Antar Drishti Braille Debit Card, keeping in mind the convenience of visually impaired customers. This card is easily recognizable due to its contrasting colors, which makes it easy for visually impaired customers to read the card details. According to Bhasha news, this is a contactless NCMC (National Common Mobility Card) debit card. This will be very convenient for visually impaired customers.

According to the news, the PNB Antardrishti Braille Debit Card aims to enhance financial independence and convenience for visually impaired persons, enabling them to manage their finances with greater ease and confidence. Raised Braille dots (PNB in ​​Braille), the brand name PNB is prominently embossed on this debit card, making it easier for visually impaired customers to distinguish between PNB and other banks’ cards. Also, the welcome kit that comes with the debit card will also be in Braille dots. This debit card has a round notch on the opposite side of the chip. Apart from this, the daily POS/Ecom limit (joint) is Rs 60,000. Contactless transactions allow personal transactions of up to Rs 5000 per day without PIN at NFC enabled POS terminals.
