UAE government has made the Golden Visa program easier for Indian citizens. The most special thing about this Golden Visa is that the selection for the visa will be done on the basis of nomination. For this, you will not need to spend a large amount to buy property or invest in the country. India and Bangladesh have been selected for the first testing phase of this visa. A consultancy Rayad Group has been appointed to handle the process of this pilot program in India. This will allow talented, influential and contributing people to the society to stay in the UAE for a longer period of time and at the same time, there will be no need to invest more.

Golden Visa means a special type of visa which is usually given to those people who want to settle in another country or want to live in another country after retirement. Through this visa, they can live, work, study and also avail treatment facilities in that country. This means that they are considered legal residents of that country. This visa is beneficial for those who want to go out of their country and settle down for a better life. Apart from UAE, Golden Visa is also being offered by many other countries.

UAE will now give Golden Visa to Indian citizens on the basis of nomination. That is, now it is not necessary to go to Dubai first to get a visa, you can get pre-approval from your own country (India). Under this new nomination based policy, Indian citizens can get UAE Golden Visa for life by paying AED 1,00,000 i.e. around ₹ 23.30 lakh.

US President Donald Trump announced the Trump Gold Card Golden Visa in January. Under this, investors will be given a chance to become permanent residents of the US. In return, they will have to invest a certain amount in the country. This Golden Visa program is specially designed for those high-net-worth people who want to stay in the US for a long period and are ready to contribute to the US economy. The Trump Gold Card Visa is currently on hold, but the price of this US Golden Visa can be around $ 5 million.

Price of New Zealand Golden Visa

New Zealand launched its new Golden Visa in September 2022, also known as Active Investor Plus Visa. Under this visa, a person is allowed to live, work and study in New Zealand indefinitely on making a fixed investment and fulfilling the conditions of staying in the country. The minimum cost for this visa starts from 5 million New Zealand dollars i.e. you have to pay around ₹ 25 to ₹ 26 crores. This visa is for people who want to actively invest in the New Zealand economy, such as those involved in startups or innovative businesses.

The Canada Golden Visa program is known as the Canada Startup Visa program. This visa is especially for entrepreneurs and investors who want to start a new business or expand an existing business in Canada. Under this program, eligible people get permanent residency. The cost of this visa can range between $215,000 to $275,000, depending on the nature of the startup. In Indian currency, this amount is approximately between ₹1.8 crores to ₹2.3 crores.
