Heavy Rain Alert: Heavy rains are being witnessed in most parts of the country. Heavy rains have caused havoc in hilly states like Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. Landslides have been reported in many places in recent days.

Heavy Rain Alert: The weather has been pleasant for the last few days in Delhi and surrounding areas. Light rain is being seen sometimes during the day. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain the same in NCR till July 9. That is, light rain will continue which will provide relief from the havoc of heat. On the weather update, IMD scientist Naresh Kumar said, ‘A circulation has formed in Madhya Pradesh as well as North Odisha and surrounding areas which is very favorable for monsoon.

IMD has issued orange and red alerts for many parts of the country. According to the forecast, good rains can be seen in many parts of the country. Naresh Kumar said that heavy rains will continue in most parts of India throughout the week.’

Heavy rains continue from Uttarakhand to Himachal

Heavy rains are being seen in most parts of the country. Heavy rains have caused havoc in hilly states like Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. Landslide incidents have been reported in many places in recent days. Many people have died in the cloudburst incident in both the states, while dozens of people have gone missing. IMD has predicted heavy rains in many states of the country for the next 7 days.

States where heavy rain is expected

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in Delhi-NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, East Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Western Uttar Pradesh till July 9. At the same time, heavy rains are expected in different parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan till July 5, northern states of the country till July 8. According to IMD, heavy rains may occur in the Himalayan and plain areas with thunderstorms.

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha till July 6. Along with this, it has been said that there will be heavy rains with thunder in different parts of Sikkim and West Bengal till July 9.
