There is a bank holiday on Sunday of every week and on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. There will be a total of 10 days holiday in banks in the next month i.e. June. Banks will remain closed across the country on June 17 on the occasion of Bakrid/Eid-ul-Azha. There will be no functioning of banks in  Jammu and  Srinagar on June 18 also. In such a situation, you should finish your important bank related work immediately. So that you do not have to face any kind of problem.

  • Banks closed across the country due to second Saturday on 8th June
  • Banks will remain closed on 9th June due to Sunday
  • Banks will remain closed in  Bhubaneswar and Aizawl zones on June 15 due to Raja Sankranti.
  • There will be a weekly bank holiday on Sunday, June 16th.
  • Banks will remain closed on June 17 due to Bakrid
  • Banks will remain closed in  Jammu and  Srinagar zones on June 18.
  • There will be a bank holiday on 22nd June due to the fourth Saturday.
  • There will be a weekly holiday for banks on 23rd June due to Sunday.
  • Banks will remain closed on 30th June due to Sunday.

Complete work online

You can transact money or do other work through online banking and ATM despite bank holidays. Bank holidays will not have any impact on these facilities. During bank closure, you can do many bank related tasks through mobile or net banking. All online facilities are going to remain operational during the bank closure.
