Furthermore, FDs can be opened with this public sector bank for a maximum period of 10 years. Bank of Baroda offers its customers interest rates ranging from 3.50% to 7.05% on FD schemes with different tenures. Here, we will learn about one such FD scheme from Bank of Baroda, in which a fixed interest of up to ₹41,478 can be earned by depositing just ₹1 lakh.

This public sector bank is offering interest rates of up to 7.00% on a 5-year FD scheme.

Bank of Baroda is offering the highest interest rate on its 444-day special FD scheme. This bank is offering the highest interest rate of 6.45 percent for general citizens, 6.95 percent for senior citizens (above 60 years), and 7.05 percent for very senior citizens (above 80 years) on the 444-day ‘bob Square Drive Deposit Scheme.’ Furthermore, Bank of Baroda is offering bumper interest rates of 6.30 percent for general citizens, 6.90 percent for senior citizens, and 7.00 percent for very senior citizens on its 5-year FD scheme.

If you are a general citizen and you deposit Rs. 100,000 in a 5-year FD scheme with Bank of Baroda, you will receive a total of Rs. 136,690 upon maturity, which includes a fixed interest rate of Rs. 36,690. If you are a senior citizen and you deposit Rs 1,00,000 in a 5-year FD in Bank of Baroda, you will get a total of Rs 1,40,784 on maturity, which includes a fixed interest of Rs 40,784. And if you are a super senior citizen and you deposit Rs 1,00,000 in a 5-year FD scheme in Bank of Baroda, you will get a total of Rs 1,41,478 on maturity, which also includes a fixed interest of Rs 41,478.
