DDA Karmyogi Awas Yojana: The Delhi Development Authority has launched the Karmyogi Housing Scheme for government employees and retired workers. Applications are open from March 26th, and buyers will be offered 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats. All these flats will be sold at a 25% discount.

DDA Karmyogi Awas Yojana: If you’re dreaming of an affordable home in the capital, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) can make it a reality. The DDA has launched the Karmayogi Housing Scheme on the occasion of Ram Navami. Retired and current government employees will be eligible to apply for this scheme. Applications are available starting March 26th. The DDA is preparing to sell its flats at a discount under this scheme.

According to information provided by the DDA, in addition to central and state government employees, those working in government banks and companies, universities, and autonomous institutions will also be eligible to apply for the Karmayogi Housing Scheme. Retired employees can also apply, but this scheme is not available to the general public. These DDA flats are located in Pocket 6, located in the Narela area of ​​Delhi.

How many flats will DDA sell?

Under the Karmayogi Housing Scheme, DDA has offered 936 flats for sale. 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats will be sold, with the largest number being 2 BHK flats. DDA has offered 256 1 BHK flats for sale, while the number of 2 BHK flats is 448, and 3 BHK flats is 232. This scheme was launched on a first-come, first-served basis. All properties are ready-to-move-in and freehold.

Discount and Price

The DDA has announced a 25% discount on all types of flats. The DDA has set the price of a 1BHK flat at ₹63.51 lakh after the discount, while the price of a 2BHK flat is ₹75.60 lakh. Additionally, the price of a 3BHK flat is ₹1.06 crore. All these prices are based on a 25% discount. Applications for this DDA scheme will begin on March 26th at 12 noon.

Parking is included in the flat price.

The most significant feature of this DDA scheme is that parking will not be charged separately; instead, the cost will be included in the flat price. In its advertisement, the DDA states that Narela is being developed as an education hub, with direct metro connectivity. The flats being sold under this scheme will feature spacious balconies and amenities such as a community center and clubhouse. The DDA has also prepared sample flats for applicants, which anyone interested can visit.
