China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation is developing a Hyperloop based maglev train. Reaching speeds of 1000 km/h by 2025.

Hyperloop train: The first Hyperloop project in India is proposed between Mumbai and Pune. Currently, this distance is covered in 3-4 hours, whereas through Hyperloop, this journey will be completed in just 25 minutes. According to the report, 24 to 28 passengers can sit in one pod. The first successful test of Hardt Hyperloop took place in 2019.

Hyperloop is a high-speed train that runs in a vacuum in a tube. Its maximum speed can go up to one thousand kilometers per hour. In this, the pods are run on magnetic technology inside a vacuum tube. The energy consumption in this system is extremely low and it produces almost zero pollution.

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav shared a  video on X on Tuesday and said that this will prove to be an important step towards promoting modern changes in the means of hyperloop travel. He said that we have given a grant of one million dollars each to IIT Madras twice. The time has come to give a third grant of one million dollars to take this project forward. According to media reports, with the start of this hyperloop, a journey of 300 kilometers can be covered in just 30 minutes.

Spanish company Gelross is developing the Hyperloop system. Its aim is to connect European cities at a speed of 1000 km/h.

Railways is working on a plan to run a Hyperloop train between Bengaluru-Chennai. Railway Ministry and IIT Madras are researching this technology. This distance can be covered in just 30 to 40 minutes.
