New Expressway: 7 hours journey will be completed in 3 hours, new expressway will touch these cities

 

New Expressway: A 245 km long six lane green field expressway will be built from Patna to Purnia, which will reduce the travel time from 7-8 hours to 3 hours. It will have 21 big bridges and 9 ROBs.

New Expressway: It currently takes 7 to 8 hours to travel from Bihar to Purnia. But, the matter of relief is that in the coming years, the journey from Patna to Purnia will become much easier. Actually, the dream of a six-lane green field expressway from Patna to Purnia in Bihar is going to come true soon. Its alignment has been finalized by NHAI. This expressway will be 245 km long from Hajipur to Purnia, which will have 21 big bridges and 9 ROBs. This greenfield expressway will be of six lanes, due to which it will take only 3 hours to cover the distance from Purnia to Patna.

The Bihar government has also approved the alignment of this expressway. However, according to official sources of NHAI, this expressway will still have to go through many processes. First of all, it will go to the Financial Committee. After financial approval from there, it will go to the PMO. It will get final approval from the PMO. Then the process of land acquisition will start.

Know the route chart of Patna-Purnia Expressway

If we talk about the route chart of this Greenfield Expressway, then this expressway will start from near Mirnagar Sarai on NH 22 four lane near Hajipur and will join NH 31 near Chand Bhati village, 3 km ahead of Gulabbag in Purnia. In Purnia district, this expressway will pass through Sukhsena, Badhara Kothi, Dameli, Vanbhaag west, Purnia city north through Purnia town road and will join NH 31 in Chand Bhati village near Gulabbag.

Know the specialty of Patna-Purnia Expressway

The total length of this expressway from Hajipur to Purnia will be 245 km. This expressway will be built with 6 lanes, the cost of which is around 18042 crores. However, some increase or decrease can be done by the financial committee. This expressway will have 21 big bridges, 140 small bridges, 9 ROBs and 21 interchanges. For this, there will be a process of land acquisition in 90 meter width. There will be walls on both sides of this expressway. Its height will be about 5 meters from the surface.

What will be the speed?

Its connectivity will be provided on the main road at many places between Patna and Purnia, where one can go to this expressway through the service lane. The speed of vehicles on this expressway will be 120 km per hour, due to which one can reach Patna from Purnia in just 3 hours. From the place where this express is starting in Hajipur, people will get easy route to go to many places including Patna, Danapur, Chapra.

The expressway will pass through these districts

This express will pass through 7 districts of Bihar. This expressway will mainly connect Vaishali, Muzaffarpur, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Saharsa, Madhepura and Purnia districts. The picture and fate of the area will change with the construction of this expressway. However, the price of land in this area has started skyrocketing. If everything goes well, the process of land acquisition will also start within six months. People are very happy with the construction of this expressway. Minister Lesi Singh said that this expressway is a great gift of the Prime Minister to Bihar. The special thing is that this expressway will pass through an area which is still very backward. This will greatly accelerate the pace of development in those backward areas.
