Today, light to moderate rain and snowfall is possible in Arunachal Pradesh along with heavy rain at some places. Sikkim, Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Meghalaya may receive light to moderate rain. The minimum temperature will fall in northwest, central and eastern India during the next 24 hours, after which the temperature will gradually start rising.
