IMD Update: The Meteorological Department has issued a fresh alert amid the dangerous pace of monsoon in the country. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, tomorrow i.e. on 13th August, there is a warning of heavy rain and storm in 16 states including Delhi, UP, Bihar.
